0.3.1, subtitled "IT'S CHRISTMAS!" was an update focused on starting off the year's Winter Event.

Winter Event
- Santa, a Christmas tree and several elves now appear in the Event Area
- The Massive Gift Decoration is now available to claim in the island center
- Snow now falls over the whole map, which has been dressed in Christmas lights
Bug Fixes
- Beach foam no longer appears in the winter version of the map
- The gap between the ice under the snow on Winter Island has been fixed
