Helpful NPCs
These are the non-event NPCs that provide help to the player in some meaningful way.
The Weatherman
The Weatherman is an NPC who is seen with his weather machine next to the Obby. He wears a steampunk outfit, and when talked to, allows you to purchase Rain with robux for up to 30 minutes.
